1. About Us

JobMitra.ai ("JobMitra", "we", "our", "us") is an independent digital platform that provides government exam eligibility checking, personalised job-alert services, and related informational tools for aspirants preparing for SSC, RRB, and IBPS examinations in India. JobMitra.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB), the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), or any ministry or department of the Government of India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JobMitra.ai, including our website, WhatsApp channel, WhatsApp alerts service, or any associated tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These Terms apply to all users, including free users, premium subscribers, and visitors.

3. Eligibility to Use

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a paid subscription or provide personal information on this platform. By using JobMitra.ai, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the platform with the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Nature of Information- Important Disclaimer

4.1 All eligibility results, post-matching outputs, alert notifications, and informational content provided by JobMitra.ai are for general guidance purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, official government communication, or a guarantee of eligibility for any examination or post.

4.2 Eligibility rules for government examinations are complex, subject to change, and may vary by notification cycle. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy, JobMitra.ai cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free.

4.3 You must independently verify your eligibility by reading the official notification published by the relevant recruiting body (SSC, RRB, or IBPS) before submitting any application or paying any application fee. JobMitra.ai is not responsible for any loss, missed application, disqualification, or financial cost arising from reliance on information provided on this platform.

4.4 Exam dates, notification schedules, vacancy counts, and cutoff information are tentative and sourced from official calendars or publicly available data. These are subject to change by the relevant authority at any time without notice to us.

5. User Accounts and Profile

5.1 To access personalised features, you may be required to create an account by providing your name, mobile number, date of birth, educational qualification, category, and other eligibility-relevant details.

5.2 You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. Inaccurate profile information will directly affect the quality and relevance of eligibility results and alerts.

5.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@jobmitra.ai if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, misuse the platform, or violate these Terms.

6. Premium Subscription

6.1 JobMitra.ai offers a paid premium subscription ("Premium") that provides personalised alerts across SSC, RRB, and IBPS examinations based on your profile. Premium is available on a monthly or annual basis, subject to change with prior notice.

6.2 Payment is processed through Razorpay or such other payment gateway as we may use from time to time. By subscribing, you authorise the applicable charge to your selected payment method.

6.3 Subscriptions are non-transferable and are for personal, individual use only.

6.4 Refund policy: Given the digital nature of this service, refunds are not ordinarily available once a subscription period has commenced and alerts have been delivered. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@jobmitra.ai within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case on its merits.

6.5 We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers. You may cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue at the revised price.

6.6 Coverage of examinations under the Premium tier is subject to the exams currently supported by our platform. We will make reasonable efforts to expand coverage but do not guarantee coverage of all SSC, RRB, or IBPS examinations at all times.

7. WhatsApp Alerts

7.1 By providing your WhatsApp number and subscribing to our alert service (free channel or paid personalised alerts), you consent to receiving automated messages from JobMitra.ai via WhatsApp regarding exam notifications, deadlines, admit cards, results, and related updates.

7.2 We will not use your WhatsApp number for any purpose other than service-related communications as described above. We will not sell or share your number with third parties for marketing purposes.

7.3 You may opt out of WhatsApp alerts at any time by messaging "STOP" to our WhatsApp number or by updating your preferences in your account settings. Opting out of alerts does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on JobMitra.ai, including text, design, logos, eligibility logic, and tools, is the intellectual property of JobMitra.ai and is protected under applicable Indian law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8.2 Examination notifications, official schedules, and vacancy details published by SSC, RRB, and IBPS are the property of their respective issuing authorities. We reference these as publicly available information for the purpose of providing our eligibility and alert service.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Provide false or misleading information in your profile or registration
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our eligibility logic, database, or tools
• Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content to other users
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation
• Interfere with or disrupt the technical operation of the platform

10. Third-Party Links and Partners

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites including official government portals (ssc.gov.in, ibps.in, indianrailways.gov.in), coaching institutes, or test-preparation platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Affiliate relationships with third-party partners, where they exist, will be duly disclosed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JobMitra.ai, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on this platform, including but not limited to missed application deadlines, incorrect eligibility assessments, payment gateway failures, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for a Premium subscription in the immediately preceding three months.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with applicable Indian data protection law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, to the extent it is in force and applicable to our operations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@jobmitra.ai.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage you to contact us first at support@jobmitra.ai to attempt resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
